Kudos to RDB for surpassing investment targets
Editor,The management of Rwanda Development Board are to be congratulated for far overshooting what was already a very ambitious target! This is the kind of performance that should help Rwanda, Inc., achieve the 11.3% annual growth rate and, should we be able to sustain it, it will be middle-income status by 2020.
