Right leadership missing at the Rwanda FA

You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ears. But no people are entirely without talent in any sport and the less talented can always compensate with greater effort to achieve the required level of success.

As the sage said, success is 95% perspiration and only 5% inspiration. The legendary Golfer Arnold Palmer had the pithiest way of saying it though: I find that the harder I work the luckier I become.

We need to devise a winning strategy and then put in place the right leadership to get us working hard at this problem if we want to be up there with the best.
