Mitigate against drug abuse through instant arrests

This is in reaction to the story, ‘‘Police urge head teachers to fight abuse of drugs”, (The New Times, March 16).

This is great. However, I wish the following could be important as mitigating measures: -Whenever and wherever children are seen taking drugs be immediately apprehended. Also teachers to be apprehended whenever and wherever caught sharing alcohol with children.
