I would like to commend Rwandatel’s 24 hour customer care service. For sure this is a step towards development in the telecommunications industry. With the East African Community integration, the business community needs to think in terms of working day and night.
The introduction of this service is clear evidence that Rwandans are ready to embrace competitiveness in the business sector. Recently we welcomed Nakumatt’s 24 hour operations as the first of the kind.
It is therefore encouraging that our own Rwandans are also ready to work like any other companies in the region. Good work Rwandatel and I hope that MTN also introduces such a customer care base that is ready to solve subscribers’ queries at any time of the day or night.
