I wish to react to the story titled ‘Prime Minister launches customer care campaign’ published in The New Times of November, 29. Indeed, the three-month campaign will surely boost service delivery in various public and private institutions.
Over the years, I have personally noticed a marked improvement in customer care and service delivery in the country.
Of course, there is still room for further improvement. Several institutions have definitely improved and already inculcating the right values and approach to customer care and service delivery. The government’s pro-active countrywide campaign will yield good dividends!
