RURA reign in on taxi drivers
Dear Editor, I would like to thank The New Times for alerting the public about the cheating taxi operators. Sincerely, it is very unfair that taxi operators hike fares from Rwf170 to Rwf300 simply because this is during rush hours when mostly the working class are trying to get home.
