I am fed up with the way some landlords mistreat their tenants. I actually think that they need lessons on customer care, just like other business people. Two months back, our landlord in Gatsata developed a bad habit of disconnecting our water.
For a while we thought it was simply a water shortage problem but then later I came to realise that actually the scarcity was intentional.
It is not fair that someone treats his “customers” like this. We are entitled to all these services. Such landlords should change their behaviour.
