Allow me to express my concern through your paper about the poor service in restaurants. I appreciate the care that I am given whenever I go to restaurants and other eating places within Kigali.
However, I have a small complaint about the delayed services within the food service department.
Of recent, I happened to host a team of friends from Ghana and we decided to go to Meridien Restaurant. We were all surprised to wait for hours before we got our orders.
I ask all concerned supervisors to avoid delayed services because when one reaches an eating place, one expects food within few minutes and not hours. Won’t this keep away our intended investors?
