I read in your daily yesterday that finally the long awaited printing press is being installed by the Rwanda Office of Information (ORINFOR).
Time and again we have heard stories that it is soon going to start operating. This time let me hope that it starts functioning in the shortest time possible.
We are certain that printing costs will go down and that the quality of our Rwandan newspapers will get even better. Most people have also been complaining that by noon, many stalls in the city would have already run out of newpapers and that this is a result of printing few copies.
With a modern printing press, readers will be able to access newspapers at any time of the day.
