Songstress and Primus Guma Guma Superstar Season III contestant, Knowless Butera has outed yet another single in quick succession.

Knowless, the only female contestant in PGGSS 3, released the danceable Afrobeat single yesterday to radio stations around the country, a few days after releasing, “Rimwe”, a song featuring female rapper Pacifigue Oda Uzamberumwana

The zouk song also came on the heels of, “Rejoice”, a collabo with Nigeria’s Ray Blaze, which is currently enjoying ample airplay on the local radio stations.

The song, “I will follow you”, was produced by Producer Clement Ishimwe of Kina Music.

In an interview, Knowless said she is not releasing quick songs in a bid to influence voters in PGGSS, but she is rather working hard to ensure that she gives her fans the best of music.

“I just work hard. It shouldn’t be seen in any other way,” says Knowless.

The singer, however, believes that she is giving the Primus Guma Guma contest her best shot, having attempted in the last two seasons without success.

“I am doing my best. I have hopes that fans will give me a chance this time. It is time for a female artiste to take the trophy,” says Knowless.

Most contestants have been releasing new songs as the competition enters a crucial stage.

With one road show remaining, Primus Guma Guma Superstar competition will soon enter the ‘live’ phase, where the contestants will be performing before a live audience and judges.

Knowless has been arguably the most hardworking of all, releasing over four songs ever since the contest was launched in March this year. Her famous songs include, “Nzabampari”, “Ninkureka Ukagenda”, “Warurihe” and “Ibidashoboka”, among others.

The 22-year-old singer-songwriter has collaborated with numerous artistes including popular Ugandan musicians Vampos and Jose Chameleon.
