Editor, The Rwanda Bureau of Standards (RBS) should initiate a sensitisation drive targeting local leaders and traders to promote and maintain the quality of local products. This would gradually ensure that Rwandan products compete with those manufactured from the region and beyond. We cannot compete with businesses elsewhere if the quality of our products is questionable. Whereas RBS has put down mechanisms to ensure quality, a lot more needs to be done particularly in educating the masses. Eugene MuganzaRulindo
