Rwanda among least corrupt

Rwanda has emerged the fourth least corrupt country in Africa and 49th in the world in a global report on graft released by anti-corruption watchdog, Transparency International. The 2011 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) released, yesterday, in Germany, saw Rwanda join Botswana, Cape Verde and Mauritius as the four least corrupt countries on the continent.
