Dozens escape death in road crash
KARONGI - Dozens of passengers narrowly survived death after two minibuses were involved in a head-on collision along the Kigali-Karongi highway. The Karongi-bound Toyota Coaster minibus, registration number RAB 241L belonging to Capital Express swerved off the rood and overturned several times after colliding with a similar bus belonging to Impala Express.
