Editor, I lived in outside the country for more than 30 years and returned home a month a go. What the country has achieved in the last 17 years is worth celebrating and protecting. A lot has been said about the country and some detractors have been on the loose while some disgruntled politicians may want to see our country descend into chaos again. We must resist anybody who harbours destructive designs. Like they say, actions speak louder than words. If all Rwandans do more and achieve more, our enemies will be disarmed. The country has come a long way and we are not about to seat on our laurels. Moses Katurebe Kigali
