Editor, Certainly, Rwanda will continue to amaze the world with her phenomenal transformation. As UN Ambassador, Susan E. Rice rightly said, when addressing government officials, students and faculty of the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), this great nation gives the world a glowing example, as well as hope and a lesson for all post conflict countries to learn what can be achieved with effective policies.
