Editor, From the time the government decided to increase the number of working hours at the borders connecting Rwanda and other countries the people and amount of goods crossing has increased. As a frequent traveler, I have noticed the number of people and goods crossing the border at night increasing with time. To me, that’s a sign that people are taking advantage of the available opportunities to grow their businesses. At this pace, the transformation process only gets more exciting. Chantal UwaseKigali
