Provide viable options to hawkers
Editor, As Huye District authorities move to restrict hawkers from doing business on the streets, authorities should make efforts to find feasible alternatives like creation of hawking zones to enable them work in a regulated manner. We should appreciate that street hawking is a concern of every Rwandan.
