MPs’ move to probe energy projects laudable
Editor, Questions have been raised on whether the now controversial Rukarara Hydro Power project changed hands in a transparent manner. It is important that Members of Parliament get to the root of cause of the problem, as we are keen to know whether the tendering process of the project was transparent, and whether the government got a good deal.
