Kicukiro to get permanent home
L-R: Local Government minister James Musoni, Kigali City Mayor, Fidel Ndayisaba, and Kicukiro District Mayor Paul Jules Ndamage, inaugurate the construction of the district’s Rwf 580 million headquarters, yesterday.
