Dear editor, I would like, through your paper, to call upon the Kenyan government to use its strong police and the general security machinery to bring Kabuga Felician to face justice. Here is a monster that sponsored the killing of millions of innocent Tutsi in Rwanda. It would thus be good for an East African member state not to continue harboring a person who sponsored genocide in another sister state. Rwanda is not only a close friend of Kenya but also a member of East African community. This is thus supposed to be enough fraternity to apprehend the number one criminal. If France can arrest ‘some’ genocide criminals why can’t a brother state feel concerned? However the recent move by the Kenyan government to freeze his assets is a good sign that something positive in terms of arresting him is under way. All eyes are now on the country’s next success in getting close to him so that he answers the most gruesome atrocities he sponsored in 1994. Butare
