Editor,This letter is in reference to Linda Mbabazi’s interesting article in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled “ Kigali Serena Hotel launches lounge.”It is a fact, that the Kigali Serena Hotel is the pride of Rwanda. I say this, after having recently stayed and experienced the high level of professionalism and personalised service one experiences at the hotel.
