Safety measures for public swimming pools should be mandatory
Editor, I have regularly visited several public swimming pools and realised that few have safety measures. I think this is a serious concern and authorities should look into this. Not so long a go, a young man drowned in the La Palisse Nyandugu swimming pool and died shortly upon arrival at hospital.
