Vehicle rams into commercial building
MUHANGA-A Mercedes Benz saloon Reg. No RAB 706 I yesterday rammed into a commercial plaza in Muhanga town leaving the driver seriously injured and a shopkeeper traumatised.Eyewitnesses said that the driver was over-speeding when the vehicle lost control as it negotiated a junction in Gitarama town on the Butare-Kigali highway.
