Editor,THROUGH your paper I wish to congratulate the Kigali Bus Service (KBS) management on their effort to ease public transport in the City of Kigali.The company has enabled us to properly manage our transport needs by introducing week or monthly cards. Their buses rotate around the whole town, including some residential neighbourhoods.
