City leaders vow to deliver

Employees of Kigali City Council (KCC) have pledged to deliver good services by addressing major challenges that the city is still faced with. Kigali City councillors, Executive Committee members, and leaders from city districts made the commitment at the conclusion of a two-day retreat this weekend in Rubavu. City employees committed themselves to challenges mainly to do with technical capabilities, strategic issues, citizen’s engagement and working relationships guided by the same vision and the spirit of teamwork.
