Heavy rains destroy houses in Gatsibo
GATSIBO- Close to 30 houses were brought down by heavy rains and strong winds in Karambi Cell, Ngarama Sector in Gatsibo District Sunday afternoon.According to local residents, the storm blew away rooftops in numerous houses, leaving several families without shelter.
Heavy rains have damaged a number of schools and homes in Nyagatare and Gatsibo districts in recent years. The New Times /Dan Ngabozinza
