Innocent Niyigaba, a resident, appealed to the Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority (EWSA) to ensure there is constant supply of the two utilities to save people’s businesses and make life bearable.

“We have experienced the problem for a long time now and nothing has been done about it even when the authorities are aware about it,” charged Niyigaba.

Efforts to talk to the officials of EWSA were futile as several our telephone calls went unanswered.
