I was delighted to read in today’s edition of The New Times that Rwanda tops EAC business rankings.
Kudos to the Rwanda Development Board, the apex body which facilitates business in the country, as well as to all other Government ministries and agencies which always work in close co-ordination , thus enabling Rwanda to secure the top postion in EAC business rankings.
The contribution of the Rwanda Private Sector Federation , under the able guidance of Chairman , Faustin Mbundu also needs to be applauded ,because it is the good support of Rwanda’s private sector which serves as a catalyst in ensuring that Rwanda emerges victorious.
Finally, it is people who make the difference . My congratulations also go out to the warm, friendly, helpful and hard -working people of Rwanda who support the Government and all other agencies in bringing the country to this enviable position.
Having now achieved the top position in the EAC region , my best wishes go out to Rwanda so that this beautiful country even emerges tops in the entire African continent !
The Indian Merchants’ Chamber , a 104 year old premier Chamber of Commerce in the country , has already signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rwanda Private Sector Federation and we would be happy to take this MOU further and assist Rwanda in her quest for excellence.
