Emulate RDF’s generosity
Editor,I wish to commend members of the Rwanda Defence Forces for their generous action to help poor families in Rutsiro District, by donating 41 cows.Our institutions, NGOs and individual Rwandans should emulate the gesture. By donating cows, the RDF has demonstrated a a high level of responsibility and passion for the people of Rwanda.
