Editor,What better headline could I read in your newspaper , Sunday Times, August, 7 than that of the “Indian community in Rwanda in a blood donation drive”?Kudos to the Indians in this beautiful country on being the first foreign community to donate blood , according to Dr.Peter Kimenyi , Regional Head for the National Centre for Blood Transfusion Services ( NCBT ).
