THROUGHOUT the Primus Guma Guma Superstar competition, contestants have shown incredible talent, creativity, energy and enthusiasm that resulted into great entertainment.
The Primus Guma Guma Superstar finale will be held at the parking lot of Amahoro stadium today, when the winner, chosen by the public, will walk away Rwf6million richer.
He will then travel to the USA to record a song and an accompanying video with sensational Jamaican-American artiste Sean Kingston, besides signing a one year contract with Bralirwa as a Primus Beer Ambassador.
However, following Sean Kingston recent accident, his management required the Primus Guma Guma Superstar organisers - Primus and the East African Promoters (EAP), to reschedule the singer’s concert initially scheduled for July 30, to September 17.
Kingston will perform alongside the winner. Joining them on stage will be all the previously eliminated Primus Guma Guma Superstar contestants.
Undoubtedly the first ever and most successful music contest in the country, Primus Guma Guma Superstar has been jam-packed with non-stop performances countrywide since the road shows started on May 14.
With the aim of improving music in Rwanda and encourage music talents; Primus in partnership with the East African Promoters are doing their best to live up to the task.
