Rwanda, Uganda agree to boost ICT, agriculture

Rwanda and Uganda, yesterday, signed several Memoranda of Understanding (MoU’s) that will see the two countries work together to boost agriculture, environment management and ICT development, among other areas. The two countries entered the agreements during that 9th Joint Permanent Commission (JPC) meeting held in Kigali.
