Rwanda - UK Conservatives partnership meaningful-Kagame

President Paul Kagame yesterday said that the partnership that exists between Rwanda and the UK’s Conservative Party is meaningful and will help people back in the UK understand Rwanda better. The Head of State made the remarks yesterday while officiating at the commissioning a modern primary school named Girubuntu, built with the help of UK volunteers under the annual Conservatives Umubano Project.
