RDF, keep the Rwandan flag flying high
Editor, Through The New Times, I would like to commend our soldiers- Rwandan Defense Forces (RDF) for demonstrating professionalism. I read about the rotation of RDF peacekeepers serving under the UN-AU Hybrid Mission in Darfur that began with new troops airlifted to the troubled region of North Sudan.
