Imihigo must have direct impact on the people - Makuza

Prime Minister Bernard Makuza, yesterday, said that the performance contracts (Imihigo) should focus on activities that would have positive impact on citizen’s wellbeing.The Premier made the remarks while addressing senior central and local government officials who had convened to evaluate the districts’ performance contracts for 2010/2011 and set priority targets for 2011/2012.
