Time for Pauline Nyiramasuhuko to pay
Editor, I welcome the conviction of the Rwandan ex-minister by the ICTR in Arusha on Friday, last week. Sentencing Pauline Nyiramasuhuko to life imprisonment for genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide and rape, is important for accountability for the people of Rwanda and a determination to end the culture of impunity.
