Medical cover for pensioners timely move
Editor, The announcement that 10,000 pensioners stand to benefit from health insurance cover could not have come at a better time. As Dr. Innocent Gakwaya, deputy Director General, in charge of benefits at the Rwanda Social Security Board rightly said, it is at the retirement age of 55 when people need medical aid the most.
