Diaspora’s mortgage group great initiative for Rwanda
Editor, This letter is with reference to your article in yesterday’s issue of The Newtimes titled” Diaspora forms mortgage group.” It is very encouraging to see how the Rwandan diaspora in the U.K. has come up with an innovative form of support for the development of the country. This will definitely increase capital flow into Rwanda.
