The New Rwanda is the “Pride” of one and all

Editor,This letter is with reference to your story entitled “We are proud of Rwanda - Global Fund.” The NewTimes, 4.The New Rwanda is, without an iota of doubt, the “Pride” of one and all! Just as Caty Fall Sow, Senior Portfolio Manager, Global Fund, commended the government for good performance and  effective utilisation of funds, it is my firm belief that any individual, organisation or government dealing with this wonderful country, would experience the beauty of Rwanda and  have similar comments to make .
