Rwanda’s maternal health campaign is praiseworthy
Editor,Rwanda’s commitment to bring down the transmission rate at birth to below two per cent by 2015 is indeed a timely move.The Ministry of Health and Imbuto Foundation’s campaign to eliminate mother to child transmission of HIV / AIDS is part of government’s effort towards fostering better maternal health care.
