EAC presidents should join Kagame in tweeting with public
Editor,I have been following President Kagame on Twitter and I must say I was blown away.It is, however, strange that foreigners do not understand what is happening in Rwanda. We are not reinventing the wheel but using the opportunity of the new social networks.
