Kigali City Council will paint all humps soon
Editor,I wish to respond to a letter that appeared in the Thursday issue of The New Times titled “Can the Gikondo humps be painted too?”, written by Pierre Musoni.Musoni requested that the City council authorities do something and paint the humps in Gikondo area.
