Local leader arrested for soliciting bribe
Musanze-The Executive Secretary for Mudakama cell, is detained for allegedly taking a bribe of Rwf100,000.Faustin Sendungu, was arrested, after a tip off by a resident from whom he demanded bribe to include him on the list of beneficiaries of new housing units.
