Can the Gikondo humps be painted too?
Editor,Through you paper, I would like to urge Kigali City Council to follow up on the painting of road humps. A good job has been done along the Nyarutarama road and the Kimihurura road where the humps are clearly painted yellow, with large writings on the tarmac cautioning motorists of upcoming humps.
