New infrastructure minister to focus on energy sector
KIGALI - The newly appointed Minister of Infrastructure, Albert Nsengiyumva, will prioritise the development of the energy sector during his tenure.He made the remarks when he took over from his predecessor Vincent Karega who was appointed Rwanda’s High Commissioner to South Africa.
