Allocating more funds to Agriculture indispensable
Editor, I read, with much enthusiasm, the story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times entitled “Agriculture budget increased by 5 percent”.This is a good move since 90 percent of the population in the country depends on agriculture.
