I would like to write in response to the recent reshuffle. The main reason I have written this letter, is giving my little comment about Mutsindashyaka’s appointment and promotion as a Minister.
He has been a hard working person who left impact where he worked.
When he was appointment as a city mayor, he made an impact that had not been done by his predecessors.
When he was posted to Eastern Province, the man did what he could really to have impact; some people have told me that he spent nights in the office working.
The simply hard working man is now the state minister in charge of secondary schools. But will he make another positive and constructive impact in our main stream of education? Our eyes are wide open.
