Somalia’s Abdisalam Ibrahim who plays for England’s second division side Scunthorpe earns $340,000 (Rwf202.3m) while Kenya’s McDonald Mariga (Inter Milan) earns $1,300,000 (Rwf773.5m).
On the continent, Ivory Coast and Manchester City’s Yaya Toure still tops the list with $18,200,000 (Rwf10.8bn) a year.
