Through your paper, I would like to add my voice to the customer care promotion in our country. Rwanda’s technological advancement is amazing and lots of people, businesses and institutions rely on the internet to carry out their work.
While I do understand that there can be mishaps in technology, I would like to appeal to internet providers to notify their clients whenever there is a breakdown in connection and when they expect the service to get back.
To me, a simple notification to a client can make a mega difference. It shows the companies care for their customers and that’s good for their business.
