RENOWNED Rwandan veteran artiste, Athanase Sentore, who is currently admitted at Aga Khan
Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya, is improving, his son, Intore Masamba, has confirmed.
“Dad is now in good condition,” Masamba said. “He was examined and given treatment and I am sure he will be fine.”
The 75-year-old singer is suffering from poor blood circulation. Sentore is praised for
grooming different cultural artistes in the country, including his son Masamba, as well as
preserving culture in the country’s music scene.
Various artistes recently convened at Amahoro National Stadium in Kigali in a fundraising
concert to support the ailing music legend.
